The Art of Relaxation — Phoenix Heart

By Poe

I’m not sure what this chapter will be called, but let’s take away the
suspense and think of it like this:
He cried wolf to everyone and everything. Clear as day, they
tiptoed away, trying to confront the evil in a self-sabotaging manner.
You know, when the victim becomes the suspect. Yeah, that. So, how
do you relax on a Saturday?
You can’t express thoughts of past troubles. Imagine that moving
forward feels like saying no.
LOL, “point blank”? When sitting with yourself, do you shut out
what’s around you? Laugh, tear up, and smile. You’ve already moved
past the anger of thinking about going backward. Now, with this new
mindset, relax. Just laugh, tear up, smile.
Oui.
Smiling creates laughter; tearing up reveals the underlying
emotions tied to the concept of “relaxation.” It’s a relationship you
carry within you, one you can’t escape. Why? Because it’s a part of
who you are.
So how do I relax? By finding the core of who I am.
