Darkness & Despair

Hollow — New Poems

By Poe
January 1, 2025 1 Min Read

Restored in the melting pot of others’ sorcery,
Laughing at the stock they brought to the table,
Like the offer held any kind of redemption.
Tortured by the burdens of selfless growth,
Yet glorified in their missing misery.
 Pretentious and ruthless—
Captures the aspects of their bittersweetness,
 Laughing at their melancholy
As I feast on their doubts,
Their glorification of some wretched factor.
