I lost touch with myself, — An Inconvenient Attachment

By Poe
January 1, 2021 1 Min Read

I lost touch with myself,
lost a lot along the way,
 fought a lot of battles,
 rode a lot of waves,
didn’t think I could make it.
 I look at my past,
 seeing the wars I’ve had.
Learning experiences have made the new me.
 I’m happy, feeling stronger
 after losing touch with myself.
 But today
 I’ve regained it.
